BAPTISMAL PLANNED: for today (Aug. 29) at 2:00 p.m. at John and Brenda Burton’s home, located at 264 Bay View Lane, Heathsville, Va. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING A CHAIR! We will have refreshments for everyone.

CHOIR PRACTICE: Wednesday night, September 1, 2010, starting at 6:30 p.m. If you’re interested in being a part of our choir please come join us on this night. We need to know who will be in the choir, because we will be ordering new robes this year.

BIBLE STUDY AND PRAYER MEETING: Wednesday night, September 1, starting at 7:30 p.m. We will be on lesson 2, studying from the book of Galatians, “Truth About Grace.” Come out and join us!

JR AND SENIOR HIGH YOUTH MEETING: Wednesday night, September 1, starting at 7:30 p.m.

PRAYER COFFEE: Thursday, Sept 9th at 10:00 a.m. Mae Schools

DANIEL INDUCTIVE BIBLE STUDY: Will begin on Saturday, September 11, at 6:00 p.m. The workbooks are in and the cost is $20.00. There is part 1 and part 2 to this study. Thank you for all those who will be participating in this wonderful and exciting class. It is still not too late to join us on this adventure in God’s word. (Covered dish supper will begin at 5:30 p.m.)

KIRKLAND GROVE REVIVAL: Sept. 12th – 15th at 7:00 p.m.

LADIES’ PRAYER RETREAT: Tuesday, September 14th, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Kirkland Grove. The theme is “The Fruit of the Spirit” and the speaker will be Rev. Richard A. Headley. Bring your own lunch ~ drinks and dessert provided.

BARBEQUE ROUND-UP DINNER: Sunday, Sept 19th – 12:00 p.m.

Sunday School: 9:45 a.m.
Worship: 11:00 a.m.
Bible Study and Prayer Meeting: 7:30 p.m. (Wed.)
